Pilates with Mary-Ann Millar
Learn about Mary-Ann your teacher.
Discover the foundations of Pilates in this beginner-friendly session. No experience required—just curiosity and a willingness to move. Mary-Ann will introduce you to safe, effective techniques that build core strength, improve posture, and increase body awareness at a comfortable pace.
Guided Meditation, Reset & Sound Healing Session with Rebecca Ross
Learn about Rebecca your teacher.
Using the tools of breath, visualisation, sound healing & energy medicine practises, Rebecca will guide you into a space of feeling safe, grounded and held to allow the nervous system an opportunity to ‘reset’. We will anchor the state with some sound healing and “grow the good” from inside of us, taking a moment to honour our own heart space & presence. You will leave feeling more anchored and calm and with a simple, yet effective practise to take home & implement into your life. There is such a healing power available to us, when practising in community, a shared experience that can be felt. Together we will raise the vibration of our community and in turn, take this energy into our homes and families.
Lotta’s teaching is rooted in the classical traditions of Hatha
yoga, with a heartfelt connection to nature and the belief that yoga

Restorative Yoga, holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and is
